Purwahamba Indah Beach

The establishment of Purwahamba Indah Beach was the idea and idea of the inspiration of the Governor of Central Java at that time in 1979 Mr. H.M. Ismail, starting from his road trip from Jakarta to Semarang, the sea breeze made him feel sleepy and there were several vehicles that stopped on the road to get rid of the drowsiness.

Based on this experience, the Governor of Central Java had the idea to make the area a rest area. He ordered the Regent of Tegal which at that time was held by Mr. Hasyim Dirjo Subroto. He instructed Mr. Ramlas, a community leader of Suradadi village, to realize the idea of the Governor of Central Java, so Mr. Ramlas began the process of land acquisition that would be made as the location of the rest area, which at that time was land owned by local residents.

After going through the process and running smoothly, the coconut plantation land was opened for the rest area and at that time large and small vehicles began to rest there, this made its own charm for other people to come to this location.
